A brooding nose features notes of dark cherry and earth where the latter element is also reflected by the delicious and vibrant middle weight flavors that display touches of rusticity and austerity on the balanced finale. While this could easily be enjoyed now I believe that it will benefit from 1 to 2 years of bottle age to flesh out and better harmonize after the recent bottling.
