Aging:The resulting wine is aged on it's lees for 6 months neutral barrels.
Tasting:The appellation Graves de Vayres takes its name from the gravelly soils and the proximity to the village of Vayres. This unique 100% semillon wine is mineral driven with delicate aromas of melon and citrus and a faint hint of wood. It's an over-performing White Graves look-alike for about a third of the price!
