Aging:15 months on the lees and then racked to tank for 2 months and aged for a year in bottle
Production:400 cases
Tasting:The ripe, full clusters allowed us the opportunity to work with more stems than the previous vintage, maybe close to 25% in the finished wine. The juiciness of the berries provide great presence of bright red fruit while maintaining a rich flavor profile with nice mid-pallet weight and good structure.
