The 2012 Extra Brut Efflorescence is one of the more focused wine in this range, notwithstanding its mid-weight personality. Orchard fruit, white flowers, chalk, mint and white pepper give the Efflorescence much of its high-toned personality. The 2012 is understated and classy from start to finish. Disgorged: January 2016.
