Moncuit's NV (2014) Brut Blanc de Blancs Hugues de Coulmet is quite soft in this vintage. Creamy, open-knit and expressive, the 2014 will be easy to drink upon release. Lemon oil, white flowers and slightly tropical notes run through this supple, absolutely delicious Champagne from Moncuit. There is so much to like. The Hugues de Coulmet is the only wine Moncuit makes from vineyards in Sézanne rather than Mesnil, where the estate is based. Disgorged: March 2017. Dosage is 8 grams per liter.
