 Le Pavillon Vineyard

Located in Oregon's Willamette Valley, Holloran Vineyard Wines is a small production label focusing on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Winemaker Jay Somers, who makes his own J Christopher wine at Holloran, practices organic farming and traditional Burgundian techniques, small lot fermentations, and minimal handling or processing. Nearly all the wines are vineyard-designated, and many of the vineyard holdings are 20-30 years in age. The wines are barrel-aged and go through malolactic fermentation. They are typically bottled unfined and unfiltered, to preserve their individual character and flavor.
Total annual production is under 1,000 cases.
They have a second label called Stafford Hill, which is made from declassified grapes.
