Orientation: The average elevation of the vineyards is 3,000 feet above sea level.
Soil: Clay and Sand
Viticulture: Ungrafted vines. Hand harvested.
Vinification: Standard primary fermentation in stainless steel. Short skin time maceration for rose color.
Aging: No oak aging
