Destemming of grapes followed by cold maceration and fermentation for 15 to 20 days
Aged sur lies in 3-4 year old French oak barrels for 10 to 15 months.

The 2015 version of Cuvée Reine Joly from Camus-Bruchon is a lovely village wine, offering up impressive depth of fruit, fine soil signature and a nice sense of reserve to carry it nicely in bottle. The bouquet delivers a mix of red currants, cherries, woodsmoke, a touch of venison and stony soil tones. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and nicely tangy, with a fine core of fruit, fruit, ripe tannins and good acids on the long, transparent and nascently complex finish. 2021-2050.
