Viticulture: Farmed using sustainable methods.
Vinification: Fermentations are cool and gentle to obtain a smooth, easy-drinking wine with soft, integrated tannins.

Production: 4,000 cases
Notes: A big step up in power and concentration, Lamothe's premiere cuvee has dark fruity aromas followed by spice and real depth on the palate. This is complex and layered wine that will reveal itself beautifully over 8-10 years.
