The Michael Mara vineyard is located West of the town of Sonoma at the base of the Sonoma Mountains and located in the Petaluma wind gap.
Cobble, gravel and alluvial soils of volcanic origin
farmed using organic methods
Fermented with all native yeast and transferred to neutral, French oak barrels
Aged for 10 months on the lees in neatral, French oak and another 12 months in bottle. Bottled without fining or filtration
