The name Secret Identity comes from a desire to make the best dry rose for the buck while not being trapped by tradition. Rather than showcasing a single region or grape, the focus is on ideal balance of fruit and freshness. The blend of grapes isn't the focus each year and changes from vintage to vintage.
Light brilliant orange. Spice-tinged raspberry and tangerine scents, along with hints of pungent flowers and herbs. Fleshy and seamless in texture, offering subtly sweet fruit flavors that tighten up on the back half. Shows solid thrust on the finish, which is energized by a spicy jolt of white pepper.
