Practicing organic, only the best bunches from this vineyard are used, the rest are declassified into another wine. Hand harvested.
Fermented in stainless steel.
Ages in stainless steel for ten months before bottling. Aged in the bottle at least four months before release.
Showing thicker bones and a fuller style, the 2015 Romagna Sangiovese Superiore Solano offers dark fruit and more evident spice definition. The wine's appearance is darkly saturated and rich. The bouquet offers layers of ripe cherry, plum, cinnamon and toasted nut. The wine's soft texture would pair well next to spicy Italian sausage.
