The wine is fermented in stainless with no fining or filtration.
12 months in 20% new French and 80% second-use French barriques.
A fresh and fruity malbec with dried fruit and spices. Medium to light body, fine tannins and a delicate finish. A drink-me and harmonious fresh style to it. Drink now.
(aged 80% in oak, including 10% new): Bright, dark red. Aromas of dark raspberry, mocha and spices, with a touch of reduction. Juicy, firm and still a bit tight, showing a restrained sweetness and good intensity to its raspberry and spice flavors. There's a slightly tart edge to the acidity but the tannins are fairly light. I like this wine for its inner-mouth tension and spicy lift.
