Les Blanchais vineyard in the commune of Morogues. Was the estate's first single-vineyard wine, started in the 1980's.
Generally North-east facing hillsides, providing a 'cooler' aspect compared to the general "Morogues" bottling.
Kimmeridgean limestone and silex.
Practicing organic. Soils plowed. Hand-harvested.
Fermented with natural yeast. 70% wood, 30% tank.
Aged in a combo on 70% wood (Foudres and used 400L barrels) and 30% tank for 11 months.
