(all stainless steel) Green-tinged straw. Penetrating scents of fresh citrus and pit fruits are joined by hints of chalky minerals, ginger and violet. Juicy and deeply concentrated but lithe in the mouth, offering fresh peach and Meyer lemon flavors that show excellent drive and focus. The mineral note repeats emphatically on the incisive finish, which lingers with outstanding persistence.
