Vineyard: Sourced from the vineyards of Guizza, Le Rive, Scandolera and Rolle in the Valdobbiadene.
Orientation: Southeast. 250-320m in elevation.
Soil: Morainic origin with limestone.
Viticulture: Organic. Gyuot training. 5,000 vines per hectare. Harvested from teh 10-20th of September.
Vinification: White vinification with soft pneumatic pressure.
Aging: In steel at controlled temperature.
Production: 150,000 750ml bottles.

The non-vintage Prosecco del Valdobiaddene Extra Dry is a featherweight Prosecco displaying light, crisp, grapefruit and citrus notes, pure flavors, good acidity and a zesty, but not overly aggressive effervescence. Enjoy it over the next year.
Vivid straw-yellow. Clean and precise aromas and flavors of yellow peach, apricot, orange oil and cinnamon. Layered but refined, with a thick mouth-feel and noteworthy concentration of flavor on the long creamy finish.
