Familia Rodriguez is just one wine called O Patron de Onice. The fruit for this wine comes from Alfonso Rodriguez - the uncle and "boss" (Patron) of Carlos and Juan who bring us Silice. Fredi Torres and the Rodriguez brothers help out uncle Alfonso and make wine from his 0.4 hectare vineyard. They do this very simply by fermenting with native yeasts in stainless steel and a bit of aging in tank before bottling in 1 liter bottles. This wine goes down quick and easy and sure makes you feel like a "boss".
