Ultramarine Wines is the creation of Michael Cruse and his insatiable love for Champagne. The premise behind Ultramarine is to craft wines employing traditional methods, native yeasts, minimal dosage, terroir driven coastal sites and the painstaking process of riddling and disgorging everything by hand. The wines are a true lens of their place, as they are always single vineyard, single varietal and single vintage. Production of Ultramarine is extremely limited.
