Another new cuvée for 2016, an assembly of all the domaine’s different premiers crus, the Empreinte reveals notes of wild berries, raw cocoa, espresso and a framing of new wood. On the palate the wine is serious and intensely concentrated, with a chassis of fine but firm tannins. This should develop very nicely in the cellar. - Decanter
