The Per Ora Prosecco is a custom label made for us by our friends at the historic Botter winery in the Veneto. While Botter has grown into one of Italy's premier, large-scale producers, it remains proudly family-run and deeply committed to an artisanal philosophy. The family has been making wine, both still and sparkling, since the 1920’s. They have grown into one of Italy’s top producers, sourcing high-quality fruit from all over Italy to make well-made, classic wines of exceptional value. Their sparkling wine endeavour began in the 1970’s, focusing on the local speciality, Prosecco, though they continue to make wine from nearly every region of Italy. Taking advantage of their long-standing relationships with growers across the region allows the family to source high-quality fruit from which to make their wines. The Per Ora Prosecco has ripe pear and green apple fruit balanced by a refreshing acidity. It is fully sparkling, making it a great option for serving by the glass or even mixing into Bellinis.
